Limerick Tri Club are hosting an ITU format Super Sprint 4 x Mixed Relay at this year's Hell of the West event. 2 male 2 female on each team with each team member doing 300M swim, 10k cycle and 2k run. I think we should enter a few teams from Boru Tri Club entered into this. Who's in??
