Lough Derg Sprint
The Lough Derg Sprint is an open water sprint distance triathlon organised by the Nenagh Triathlon Club. It consists of a 750m swim, 19k bike and 5km run.
3 Disciplines, 3 Counties, 3 times crossing the same river. fabulous place to race for nutters with wetsuit, bike and runners…and absolutely no sense
