My thoughts for this day… have you ever heard of the term 'the wounded healer'? It's true that the very best teachers, spiritual leaders, therapists, psychologists, life coaches, wellness practitioners, mental health workers and authors (to name just a few professions) have lived many major challenges. They not only understand the theory, they have lived the mental, emotional or physical pain themselves, and grown mature and more empathetic and compassionate for it. – LFJ ♥
