Brilliant run tonight with Gary and Ray – 8 warm bodies and 2 canines running pyramid intervals with torches bobbing in the dark! The eerie whistle could've been mistaken for the distant howl of the banshee tonight of all nights, luckily the boogyman didn't catch us tonight.
The heavy zombie breathing was just the recovery time.
