Juicing and smoothie making, are great way to introduce much needed vitamins, minerals and healthy goodness into your diet, especially when you are very short on time, or face a daily battle of trying to get enough fruit and veg into your kid's meals. Ingredients: 1 lemon, 1-2 clove of garlic, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon honey.

Cut the lemon in half. Remove the juice of one half of the lemon. Keep its remaining shell. Slice the garlic and leave it rest for 10 minutes. Then add the lemon juice, along with the cayenne. Add the honey and mix them thoroughly. Pour back the “mass” you got into the lemon peel and drink it all, along with the fruit fiber.
