Well i just wanted to let you all know this Saturday is
National Iyengar Yoga Day where there are FREE Iyengar Yoga Classes throughout Ireland!
We are so lucky to have many wonderful teachers very near us… find teachers ,contact details & there locations near Killaloe Ballina, Lough Derg area

There are many styles/types of Yoga and we have so luckily to have such a variety of classes available in our area to suit everyone so why not look into finding one to suit you & give it a try
