With the competitive season now fully upon us and quite a few of our regular cyclists competing – the Sunday Spins are going to go "social" and less structured as of now.

There are various competitions coming up, this weekend Shannon, next weekend Ennis Duathlon…. its important to put our hard work to the test and show everyone what savage stuff Boruvians are made of!
Our die-hard regulars will continue to cycle socially, coffee will still be consumed in vast quantities – so don't despair!
Please SHARE here any time you are going out if you fancy a bit of company on your spin, stay in touch with any other velonuts, text and make arrangements to cycle – we will let you know if there is a specific event or training suggestions that might be of interest for you, we might plan a long one or two if the weather holds during the summer (watch this space) …………………. meantime, keep the velofaith!
