They are made of tough stuff in the Murphy family – Shona O'Halloran did a great swim in Mallorca Ironman in spite of a nasty foot shaped bruise in the ribs. She bravely tried to continue with the bike but the medics wouldn't allow her to continue. Such a shame but know she'll be back to kick its ass another day – glad to hear you are ok Shona
