The last leg of a charity swim will finish in Limerick this Friday 8th August and they are looking for a few of our swimmers to swim along as support for the last 1600m-1800m .
The plan is to swim the Thomond Swim route to meet the 2 swimmers on their way into Limerick. They will have swam 10km/day each on their 120km route from Athlone to Limerick. After that they continue the remainder of the challenge by bike & run to complete the 2068km.
Plan is to swim from St. Michaels at 16:30. High tide is at 17:15 – if you are interested – shout out here! Its tomorrow!
(you don't have to have a SI licence… and wetsuits are ok)
