Sunday spins this week -
Winds permitting – all levels meet at 8.45 at Planet tri and be ready to leave at 9 sharp. The whole group will head out the road together at a warm up pace – at an agreed point the stronger cyclists will pull ahead and allow the newer cyclist to continue on a shorter 30k loop at a more comfortable pace.
The other group – after warm up out to the N7 will wake up the aul' lactate levels and burn out toward Nenagh and easy home.
Everyone still meets back for coffee!
we hope to see everyone out – the regulars we haven't seen for a while and the new people who are thinking about giving it a try, there is something there for everyone.
