Registration @10am, race briefing @10:45, Race off @11am….there will be some staggered starts for H/Cap + 1.5/3K races…adults will be out of the water by 12am…..presentation 1-1:30am ish.

You need to be registered with Swim Ireland for Insurance purposes, however Shannon Masters can do this on your behalf, however we would need your entry in by Thursday evening latest…..SI charge €13 for 3 month insurance, you can pay at registration…..but we need on-line entry by Thursday….
