One of my favourites:
Lamb chops & lamb sausages (from McKeoghs) cooked in olive oil & red wine (any excuse to open a bottle) with shallots & garlic (from Jim Cronin, Killaloe Farmers Market) & rosemary (from the garden) served with mint (also garden) baby peas & fine spuds (from Whelans store)
Oh and two of the items mentioned are from Ponte Vecchio :-)
