Fresh Wild Halibut.
Excellent fish. Firm, meaty and sweet. Served with Lobster Raviolini ….
Nothing like the paper thin Halibut which you find in supermarkets and your local fishmongers. Sadly that Halibut is Farmed and really has no flavour or comparison.
