Killaloe, Co Clare, where Killaloe Communications is located, is one of Ireland's best-kept secrets. Stunningly beautiful, the one-time capital of Ireland (in the reign of High King Brian Boru), lies on the banks of the Shannon, 15 miles upriver from Limerick and 105 miles from Dublin. It is approximately 40 minutes drive from Shannon Airport.
It is a superb location for writing workshops, to which participants have come from Auckland, Amsterdam, Indianapolis, London and Los Angeles, as well as from all over Ireland.
