  FAQ (frequently asked questions)

Q. Where do the workshops take place?
You have a choice. Either we can go to your company and present the workshop there, or you can come to our facility in Killaloe, overlooking the Shannon. You can overnight in some excellent hotels and B&Bs.

Q. How long does a workshop last?
Workshops usually take a half day (three hours) or a full day (six hours). Special longer workshops can be spread across several sessions if required.

Q. Can I pick and mix?
Yes. If you wish, we can prepare you a workshop with elements drawn from the various different training areas.

Q. How many participants are on each workshop?
We suggest an ideal of between five and 10 -- maximum 20, as effectiveness can fall off if numbers get larger.

Q. Are weekends a possibility?
Yes. One-day or two-day workshops can be arranged for weekends.

Q. Can you do one-to-one training?
Yes, and it can be extremely effective. Note that one-to-one training is sometimes requested in confidence, and can be kept totally confidential if desired.

Q. What about accommodation?
If you decide to come down to us, you can arrange your own accommodation locally. There are three excellent hotels and lots of fine B&Bs close by. See accommodation.
