For those interested in the Handy Spins – we intend to start these next weekend on Sunday 2nd November.
If you are interested in doing these spins (distance 20-30k, pace average 20-23km) you will need a roadworthy bike, helmet and a spare tube – doesn't have to be fancy but it does have to be functional! Give it a go! 2nd November. Updates will follow next Friday pm.
