Fantastic to see such a great turn out at the Killaloe Cycle Against Suicide spin today raising awareness of the help and supports that are available for anyone battling depression and that its ok not to feel ok and absolutely ok to ask for help.
Great buzz to meet up with the HUGE peloton in Raheen – I think they call that "making an entrance" !!
Well done to all who took part, great to see everyone out on their bikes today. It proves to those who thought they couldn't, that you can cycle at least 30k! and the feel good factor…..
The first spin out is a big step in the right direction and 30k more than you did yesterday!
