Fantastic open water coaching session for women for Triathlon out at ULAC today. The water was warm, the company was good, the learning was mighty – and no one got hurt in all the up close and personal swimming drills :D
Can highly recommend watching the TI website for these workshops as they come along. Many thanks to Lynne Algar, Anna Crooks and Andree Walkin for a great workshop.
Next up out in ULAC next month will be the Aquathon, this is a great chance to improve your run/swim elements – every weds night – more details to follow, watch this space!
