A small group will be heading out as per usual at 8am from Planet Tri for the usual spin -
Others are going to Ballyalla lake with Ennis TC for 11am for dip/spin/run damp run of I-Tri routes that will be on next week – see Boru members chat page for who's who – feel free to row in

Interesting event for the Juniors next Saturday in Ennis-
In an effort to promote Junior Triathlon Ennis Tri Club are holding a Junior Aquathon/ 'Splash and Dash' prior to our I-Tri Try a Tri and Sprint Triathlon, on Saturday the 26th of July.
This event is free of charge for Junior Tri Ireland members and 5euro for non members. So why not bring your Junior members along.
It promises to be a great day with music, face painting, ice-cream vans!

If you are interested in attending please pre-register by Thursday the 24th of July by emailing ennistrijuniors@gmail.com. There is a limit on the number of participants who can attend, therefore Ennis TC will be unable to guarantee a place in the race without pre-registration.

Ennis TC have invited us to submit a relay team to the event, 3 athletes to swim, bike, run. Mixed, male, or female it does not matter. Focus is to race it hard rather than use it as a intro for novices.
