Usual Sunday Crew are gone out – beautiful morning for a cycle – hope to see some new faces out for a shorter handy paced spin at 9.15 Planet Tri. Hope both you and your tyres are pumped and ready to go!
(known fact that rain can only go as far as your skin and it makes the coffee and bun later taste all the sweeter)

Welcome Handy Spinners! Anyone looking to try out a Sunday group cycle – do a nice spin of 25-30k at a handier pace averaging 20-24km/hr pace (nice and handy) meet at Planet Tri at 9.15 Sunday morning.
All are welcome, you do not need to be a member to try it out!
Your bike does not have to be pretty or hi tech but it does have to be roadworthy – also in the interest of safety you must wear a helmet.
Please bring a drink and spare tube for your bike and we can take it from there. Coffee afterwards is good for the soul and good for recovery so bring a few bob for the coffee and chat after.
Any questions please email pro.borutriclub@gmail.com.
The hardest part is getting started – after that its easy.

Meet at 8.20 as usual and leaving at 8.30 sharp
68k – not called the Dirty Hoor for nothing.
If anyone wants the Little Hoor (shorter version), take the Birdhill option to Nenagh and back the same route.
