Lovely morning for a spin this morning, unfortunately the regular crew were plagued by punctures and tyres going bang – which we can only put down to a combination of pure animal power and bad luck! However the Handy Spin group had a great cycle.
For those who did not make it this morning – we hope you will make it next week – as we are a tri club, we decided there are 3 very good reasons for getting up out of bed and cycling on a Sunday
1) the amazing scenery
2) the pure joy of cycling in great company (Ogonnolloe hill …downhill !)
3) the lure of the hot coffee and recovery scones and that oh-so-good worked out feeling
(is it a cyclist a** print drawn in the top of the coffee? don't you just love coffee art!)

For those who want something a bit handier pace and distance, the 30k spin group meet at 9am. As the 2015 membership is not yet open, it is possible to come along as a guest cyclist and give it a try! coffee and buns after as always.
