So as some of you will be aware, I was hit by a car while cycling to work yesterday morning. This picture shows a huge crack in my helmet where my head hit the road after rebounding off the windscreen! Show this picture to anyone you know who rides a bike without wearing a helmet. This could have been my head.

Kilkee "Hell of the West" Triathlon
Fantastic interest in the 1st phase of registration for the Hell of the West this evening. Unfortunately the 400 entries released today have all been snapped up in under 15 minutes. Relay entries remain open. Don’t despair, further online individual entries will become available on both the 24th & 26th January next . For those getting ready to log on tonight- Kilkee 2015 Entry – Good reason to get your membership up to date
The date is set for 2015, Hell of the West will run on June 27th 2015 and is designated as National Series and Super Series (more info on Super Series can be found on the TI website triathlonireland.com).
Entries will be released in phases, in an attempt to facilitate those working or travelling who cannot make it online at one chosen date.
