Triathlon Training opportunity – Monday Murder sessions @ ULAC starting Monday May 12th for the summer months – multi-sport training sessions suitable for triathletes of every level in UL Activity Centre at Twomilegate, Killaloe.

Whether you are a novice preparing for BORUMAN or trying for your first Tri event or a more seasoned athlete looking to reach peak performance at Hell of the West or Ironman events, the programme offers something for everyone.
The coached session by the Go-Tri Triathlon Racing Team includes open water swimming (all levels), cycling sessions (both turbo & road), and various training run sessions around the surrounding woods. Sessions also include core, stretching, & triathlon arts such as transition drills, bike mount and dismount, swim drafting and other Tri techniques that can make the difference on the day!

These sessions are open to Tri club members -Tri Ireland membership full or associate is required – if you are not yet a member of Boru but would like to join, check it out at our web page for more information

Cost for Monday training sessions: €10 per session
All must be ready to be in water from 7pm.
Equipment – Full Tri kit required, all gear for swim, bike and run, Turbo trainer, helmets and wetsuits essential.
