Well that was some spin – 3 days cruising Patricks st and Grand Parade this weekend, lashing out the goods. Great fun all round and always great to meet new faces in Cork. Here's our setup this morning … certianly the lull before the storm. Picture includes our lovely customised La Marzocco FB70's in matt black – with temperature stabilty and programability which allowed me to drop the temperature for extraction and find the unique sweet spot for the very special Bolivian we were serving from farmer Marcelino Katari's estate of just 7ha. Hope u loved it too.
