Suggestion for Sunday night – Boruvians! A few of us are heading to Liam ORiains on Sunday night for an impromptu mineral water. A chance to discuss life, love all things tri-like and the universe. Shout out if you fancy it or just pop in- there will be music and probably beer and things.
Might be a nice way to wrap up after the duathlon on Sunday… recovery carbs??
