NightRun@Clarisford 7.45pm every Thursday with Boru Tri Club. You don't have to be Super fit or Super Fast only turn up and do your best. No one can see you in the dark!!! no one gets left behind because its a safe, enclosed looped track. You work to your level as best you can as advised by the Running Men and you will improve! No judgement, only great craic and great company. All are welcome, it costs nothing to try it out. Bring your head torch!
