It is with great sorrow that I have to announce that the Brian Boru Tri Challenge is over for another year. The big happy heads on marshels and competitors today was a testament to the success of this year's race. Huge thanks to everyone who volunteered especially Mr Brian Boru for without him we would not have a name for our magnificent race

7.Buff the bod – head to Molly’s for the Boru night out, 9ish for carb recovery time
8.Lie about how easy it all was and it wasn’t you decorating the bushes
