Thanks to Boru Tri Club members who helped out marshaling on bridge and canal, and Lead Bike in front of the runners in the Darkness Into Light event this weekend. It was a truly amazing experience being on the bridge and seeing the wave of people passing!

Well done to all who ran in the Great Limerick Run, legs are tired but its always good to plan the next challenge to keep your fitness evolving. Just under 6 weeks from now….
BORUMAN Run route is different this year – taking in both sides of the bridge, it also incorporates the beautiful Clarisford Park – home of @[1484643305125804:274:Clarisford parkrun - Killaloe] and location of @[178510615494366:274:Boru Tri Club] Nightruns@Clarisford – and finishes this year in the town itself!
