Our Annual AGM will be held at 8.30pm on 19th May in the Clarisford Pavilion, Clarisford Park.

U11’s triumph in St Mary’s RFC mini’s Blitz
Congratulations to our U11’s who were victorious in the St. Mary’s RFC Brian Fitzgerald memorial blitz at the weekend. They managed to win all six games vs St. Mary’s RFC (*2), Young Munster, Richmond RFC and beat Thomond RFC in the final.
Well done to all the boys and coaches for what was a great season!
U10’s Match vs Bruff
Our U10’s finished up their season hosting Bruff RFC at Clarisford Park last Sunday. Well done to all who participated over the year and we look forward to everyone returning in the Autumn.

U11’s Blitz at Clarisford Park
Our U11’s welcomed teams from Bruff RFC, Ennis RFC and UL Bohs yesterday to Clarisford Park.
U7’s/8’s host St Mary’s RFC
Our Under 7/8’s yesterday hosted St Mary’s RFC in a mini blitz at Clarisford Park. Many thanks to all those who traveled and played.
U12’s vs Ennis RFC
BKRFC U12s visited Ennis RFC yesterday in very tricky conditions; wind, rain and 6 inches of mud underfoot!
No other teams came so we decided to play a full 15-a-side game and came out winners, 3 tries to two!
So proud of the boys in scoring some fantastic team tries, all 3 finished by Oisin Pepper, in what was an energy-sapping game with lots of scrums (from knocking on a very wet, muddy ball), lots of tackles, and slow- motion running through the mud (It was like running through quicksand!!). Well done boys, and thank you to their parents for bringing them & cheering them on from the sidelines!
Also a big thanks to Ennis RFC for being such fabulous hosts with a fine spread of sandwiches & cakes and lovely hot teas & coffees AND showers afterwards!
Finally, good luck to Rose and Sam in the laundryteam.com who get to wash the jerseys!

Girls challenge games v Newport RFC
After only starting up this time last year our Girls rugby players had their first taste of a competitive game when Newport RFC traveled down to Clarisford Park last Sunday, 31st January for 2 challenge games, U18 and U15. Two great games were played with both sides showing determination and no shortage of skills.
U11 Blitz in Young Munster
Ballina-Killaloe RFC U11’s traveled to Young Munster for a Mini’s blitz.
Fielding two teams who played 4 games each, with an impressive return of won 7 and drew 1. Well done to all!
U13 Girls Munster Branch training
Well done to our U13 girls who traveled into LIT Sports campus today for a Munster Branch development and training session.
