Candy & Moon beauty tip of the day is:
Whenever I have to do a makeover and I need the makeup to last and stay perfect from early morning til late at night e.g. a bride, I recommend to cleanse, tone and put your moisturiser on as soon as you wake up. Allow time for the moisturiser to be absorbed by your skin, otherwise the moisturiser will only act a barrier for your makeup to go on smoothly and prevent it from lasting all day (you want the make up to sit in your skin not on top). So go on and eat breakfast or get ready for work. Then, just before you put on your makeup use a primer. Make sure you choose the correct primer for your skin type / skin concern. I use Perfecting Serum by Murad for ladies who suffer from make up that looks dry by lunch time or complain that make-up makes their lines and wrinkles more obvious (which should never happen :-0 )or I love Retexturizing Face Primer by Blush Make Up for skins who suffer from obvious open pores and high shine. The correct primer can boost your make-up look and give you a flawless natural complexion.

Check in tomorrow to find out what type of ageing you are suffering from :-)

Just to let you all know… According to Ayurveda the Autumn/Winter junction is one of the best times of the year to do a cleanse (detox). At this time of the year Pitta (fire & water) becomes aggravated and a slew of inflammatory problems can arise. The detoxification program in Ayurveda is called Pancha Karma, this is the oldest and most complete detoxifaction program known. Pancha Karma is available at Satmya. Email or call for more details.

Hi , found this lovely black and white male terrier cross ( I think) in Killaloe this evening . As I opened the car he jumped in , scared and wet . I will take him to my vet in the morning to check for microchip. Anybody recognize him or know the owner . He is safe ..
